Straight answers about working with us — no marketing-speak, no runaround. If your question isn’t here, just ask us directly.
Before the call, we research your business — your website, your Google Business Profile, your top competitors, and your current keyword rankings. On the call itself (typically 30 minutes), we walk you through what we found, identify your biggest opportunities, and give you a specific set of recommendations. You walk away with a clear picture of where you stand and what it would take to improve it. There’s no obligation to proceed, and we don’t do high-pressure sales.
Onboarding typically takes 5–7 business days. We gather access credentials, complete a full digital audit, set up tracking and analytics, and deliver a 90-day action plan. For Website Launch System clients, the first site build is typically complete within 2–3 weeks of onboarding.
Our primary focus is the DFW Metroplex because local market knowledge genuinely matters in local SEO. That said, we do occasionally work with businesses in other Texas markets. If you’re outside DFW, reach out and we’ll be honest about whether we can serve you well.
We require a 6-month minimum commitment on monthly plans. Digital marketing builds momentum over time — the first 90 days are largely foundational work, and the results that follow depend on that foundation being solid. We don’t lock you into multi-year agreements, and you can upgrade your plan at any time. After the initial 6 months, the relationship continues on a rolling monthly basis.
No setup fees on monthly plans. The Website Launch System ($597) is a one-time project fee — that’s the full cost. For clients on paid advertising plans, ad spend is billed directly to the ad platform (Google or Meta) and does not pass through us. Your monthly retainer covers strategy, management, and reporting only. We put all costs in writing before you commit to anything.
We offer all of our services à la carte. Individual services typically cost more per unit than when bundled in a package — that’s simply the economics of how packages work. If you have a specific need (say, just email marketing or just reputation management), we’re happy to scope that project and give you a custom quote. See our full services page for details on what’s available.
Honest answer: 3–6 months to see meaningful keyword movement, 6–12 months to see significant traffic and lead increases from organic search. SEO is a compounding investment — it gets stronger over time and the results last far longer than paid advertising. We track your keyword rankings monthly and show you progress at every step. If you need leads faster while SEO builds, paid advertising can produce calls within the first week.
Every month you receive a plain-English report covering: phone calls generated (tracked via call tracking), form submissions, keyword ranking changes, website traffic trends, Google Business Profile performance (calls, direction requests, views), and — for paid advertising clients — cost-per-lead and return on ad spend. We don’t bury you in charts. We tell you what moved, what we’re doing about what didn’t, and what to expect next month.
We address concerns proactively — you shouldn’t have to come to us. If something isn’t tracking toward the goals we set together, we tell you before the monthly report arrives and explain what we’re adjusting. Digital marketing involves real variables outside anyone’s complete control (Google algorithm changes, competitor activity, seasonal demand). What we can control is the quality of our work and the transparency of our communication — and we take both seriously.
AI automation means building software systems that handle predictable, repetitive tasks without human involvement. Think about every time a new patient fills out your website form and someone on your staff manually copies their information into your practice management system — that can be automated. Or the follow-up call reminder your team sends two days after an HVAC service visit — automated. Or the review request text that goes out after a completed job — automated. Most small businesses are doing 10–20 hours of automatable administrative work per week. Whether you need it depends on where your team’s time is going.
Yes — this is one of our most common automation projects. When a new contact submits your website form, we can automatically push that data into systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, Jane App, Kareo, ChiroTouch, and many others. The exact feasibility depends on which software you use and whether it has an accessible API or webhook support. We assess this during the onboarding conversation at no charge. If a direct integration isn’t possible, we build middleware that bridges the gap.
Not at all. The tools have become accessible and affordable enough that a 3-person HVAC company can run the same automation systems a regional healthcare group uses. The difference between large and small implementations is scale, not complexity. Robert built automation systems in enterprise environments for years before founding Two Swords — his entire mission is to make those same capabilities available to local businesses at local-business prices.
Robert is directly involved in every client relationship. You won’t be handed off to a junior account manager or get a different contact every time you reach out. We work with a limited number of clients at any given time specifically so that this level of involvement is possible. Your primary contact is the person who designed your strategy — not someone reading notes from a file.
After onboarding (which requires your input on business details, credentials, and goals), ongoing involvement is minimal. We handle the work. You should expect a monthly 30–60 minute review call and occasional quick approvals for new content. For automation projects, the initial scoping conversation takes 1–2 hours. After that, it’s largely hands-off for you.
Yes, always. Your website code lives in a GitHub repository under your control. Your domain registration is in your name. Your Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, and ad accounts are owned by you — we request access, not ownership. If you ever decide to move on, we provide a complete documentation package of every account, credential, and asset we set up on your behalf. Nothing is held hostage.
